Why does my minecraft say unable to save download

Hey So recently I had backed up one of my hardcore worlds On java edition and when I go load in a backup from the backups folder using "create worldMore world optionsImport settings" I click the backed up world (zip file) and when it tries to load i get a message saying "Failed to parse file: www.doorway.rumedInputExeption: Input length = 1".
